Activate "monoliths" by scanning signs and interacting with console -> open "vault" -> interact with console in vault. The main mission for each of the main planets visited resolves in exactly the same way. The gameplay systems surrounding research and equipment are annoying to say the least.Īnd lastly, everything regarding the content, the story and missions, is pretty weak. It's slow, unwieldy and needlessly complicated. It's more "fluid and dynamic" than in the other Mass Effect games but it also feels a bit weightless. No complaints about the sound design or the soundtrack. Only some character animations are a bit clunky and some faces and their animations look. The game looks great, with uniquely themed environments and detailed characters. Almost everything about it is average with some individual parts being pretty good and others being rather weak.
